My stay was incredibly disappointing due to the issues with cleanliness and management. The rooms were infested with bed bugs, and my family experienced health problems because of it. It's really unfortunate as the staff did not respond adequately to the situation. I would highly recommend avoiding this place altogether if you value your health and comfort.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was terrible. The room had a significant bed bug problem, which resulted in many bites and a doctor's visit. The air conditioning didn’t work properly for the first 24 hours, adding to the discomfort. I also felt mistreated when management refused to issue a refund despite the health issues. Overall, I highly advise against staying here due to the unsanitary conditions and poor customer service.

I had a very unfortunate experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all, and I encountered a serious issue with bed bugs that left me and my daughter with multiple bites. We struggled with air conditioning issues as well, which added to our discomfort. While the staff did change our room and offer laundry assistance, the overall experience left a lot to be desired and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was a total nightmare. The conditions were unacceptable, with bugs infesting the room and unresponsive management.
